Overview – Roster

The Roster feature allows you to create new daily schedules.

You can click on the task to view the preferred task

Edit/View tasks – Roster

You can view, edit or delete a task on the weekly agenda calendar by expanding the Planning menu and then click on Roster.

View Tasks

Clicking on the task that is being displayed on the Roster page will allow you to view this task.

Edit Tasks

Clicking on the menu icon on the right side of the selected task will allow you to edit this task.

You can now edit the following:

  • Duty
  • Start
  • End
  • Assigned to

Delete Tasks

Clicking on the Delete button will open a popup that will allow you to confirm or to cancel deleting this task.

Adding a new task – Roster

You can create new daily tasks by expanding the Planning menu and then click on Roster.

You will now see all the daily tasks.

Create a new task by clicking on the Add Task button.

In the popup that appears you can enter the following:

  • Duty – Select a duty or click on Create new duty
  • Duty Title – The duty title will be displayed if you create a new duty
  • Title – The title for the new task
  • Start – Set the start date and time for the new task
  • End – Set the end date and time for the new task
  • Assigned to – Assign the new task to other leaders

The task will now be displayed.

You will also receive a notification an hour before the task starts to remind you about this task.

Roster
