View Live Stream

The member can view the Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon on the right side of the preferred Live Steam and click on View.

Please note that this option will only be available if the live stream is LIVE.

Once you have clicked on view, a new window will be opened and the Live Stream will be displayed.

The number of viewers will be displayed on the left.

The Live Chat feature will be displayed on the right side of the page if you have enabled this option.

You will also have the option to view the Live Stream once it has ended and the stream was recorded by clicking on the View MP4 Recording button.

Delete Live Stream

You can delete a Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon next to the preferred Live Stream and simply click Delete.

Overview

The podium page will display all Live Streams and allow you to create a new Live Stream.

You will be able to view the following information on the podium page:

  • Name – Title of the Live Stream
  • Status – The status column will indicate if the Live Stream is live or ended.
  • Date – The date of Live Stream.
  • Views – The number of members that viewed the Live Stream.
  • Unique Views – The number of non church members that viewed the Live Stream.
  • Watch Time –
  • Avg Watch Time – This will display the average time that the members have watched the video.
  • Recorded – Indicates whether the live stream was recorded.

The red dot in the status column will indicate that the Live Stream is live.

Download a Live Stream

You can download the preferred Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon on the right side and click Download FLV.

Create Live Stream

You can create a new live stream by clicking on the New Live Stream button on the Podium page.

A popup will now be displayed allowing you to enter the following live stream details:

  • Stream Title – Add a title to your new live stream
  • Notify All Members – Send out a notification to all church members
  • Live Chat – Allows members to chat to you and other church members in real time.
  • Record Live-Stream – Allows you to record your live stream.
  • Video Size – Select the preferred video size from the dropdown.
  • Restream – Allows you to display the live stream on Facebook or Youtube.

Click on Start Stream.

A new window will now be displayed and the Live Stream will start.

The box on the left side of the page will display the Live Stream.

The Live Chat box on the right side of the page will allow the members to chat in real time.

End Stream – The End Stream button will allow to stop the live stream.
Share – You can allow other members to view your stream by clicking on the Share button.
You will also be able to select your preferred camera from the dropdown.
