A. eDisciples is a Church management system that enables you to manage, contact, plan and notify your congregants all from one easy to use dashboard either from your desktop computer or your mobile device. This includes features such as a church calendars, playlists, notifications, groups and much more.
Q. What does eDisciples cost?
A. eDisciples works on a monthly pricing structure which starts at $39/month which then allows you to add unlimited members.You can allow online giving which will be an additional $9/month.View our pricing page.
There is no cost to church members and all the costs will be incurred by the registered church.

Q. Do I get to test eDisciples first?
A. Yes, upon your church registration, you will receive a 14-day free trial which will allow you to first give eDisciples a test drive before making any commitments.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We process all payments through reputable payment gateways. Most customers’ payments will be processed via Stripe.com, however, we have made arrangements with other local payment gateways for certain countries.
Q. What does the SMS billing option cost?
A. You will be charged $0.03 per SMS. This means that you will only be billed for the number of SMS’s that you have sent out to the members.
Q. Can I upload my own videos and audio?
A. Yes, we now support the uploading of video and audio files.
Q. Where do I find my church access code?
A. Simply navigate from your dashboard to -> Settings -> Here you will find your 6 character access code.
Q. How do I invite Congregants?
A. Navigate from your dashboard to -> Members -> Invite -> Here you will find a link that you can share to allow members to join your church.
