The activities page will allow you to view all member activities.
You can view the Activities page by expanding Reporting and navigate to Activities.
The latest ten activities will be displayed and will automatically load the next ten activities when you scroll to the bottom of the page.
You can filter activities by clicking on the Filters button.
A popup will now be displayed and you will be able to select one of the following activity types:
Once you have selected a filter, it will then display the activities that meets the filter criteria.
The broadcaster feature will allow you to send messages to all church members and leaders in real time. Please note that this feature first needs to be enabled by clicking on the Settings tab -> Features -> Scroll down to Broadcaster -> Enable this feature.
You can add a new broadcaster message by expanding the Communication tab and click on Broadcaster.
This feature will also be available on the android app.
You can send a new message by simply selecting the preferred group and adding your message to the provided text box and clicking on the send button.
The message will now be displayed for all church members assigned to that group.
Please note: You can select the Global option if you would like to send the message to all church members.
Church leaders can click on a message to see who have read their message. This information will be displayed on the bottom right side of the page.
You can delete a message by clicking on the Delete Message button.
You will be able to send an image, video or audio by clicking on the attachment icon and upload the preferred file.
All church leaders will be able to send a voice message by clicking on the record button.
You can allow members to send messages by clicking on the settings tab, and then App.
Enable the Allow normal members to send ‘Broadcaster’ messages as well option.
All members will now be able to send messages using the Broadcaster feature.
You will be able to delete members in bulk by clicking on the Members tab.
Click on the Bulk Select button to select multiple members.
Once you have selected the members you wish to remove, click on the Delete button.
Clicking on the Delete button will open a popup that will allow you to confirm or to cancel deleting these members.
The service attendance register will allow you to record the number of members present at a service.
You can create a new attendance register by clicking on the New Attendance Register button.
A popup will now be displayed allowing you to enter the following information:
Please note: You will be able to select a service if you have already created a service booking.
The Attendance Register will now be displayed.
There are currently 3 ways of updating the Total Attendance:
You can check-in a member by clicking on the checkbox next to the Member.
This will update the number of Total Attendance and Members that attended this service.
You add/remove visitors by clicking on the Add/Remove button in the Visitors block.
This will update the total attendance and number of visitors attending this service.
You can manually add members by clicking on the Add Member button in the Add Members block.
This will then display a popup allowing you to add a new member.
You can add a new broadcaster message by clicking on the Broadcaster tab.
You can send a new message by simply adding your message to the provided text box and clicking on the send button.
The message will now be displayed for all church members.
The member can view the Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon on the right side of the preferred Live Steam and click on View.
Please note that this option will only be available if the live stream is LIVE.
Once you have clicked on view, a new window will be opened and the Live Stream will be displayed.
The number of viewers will be displayed on the left.
The Live Chat feature will be displayed on the right side of the page if you have enabled this option.
You will also have the option to view the Live Stream once it has ended and the stream was recorded by clicking on the View MP4 Recording button.
You can delete a Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon next to the preferred Live Stream and simply click Delete.
The podium page will display all Live Streams and allow you to create a new Live Stream.
You will be able to view the following information on the podium page:
The red dot in the status column will indicate that the Live Stream is live.
You can download the preferred Live Stream by clicking on the menu icon on the right side and click Download FLV.
You can create a new live stream by clicking on the New Live Stream button on the Podium page.
A popup will now be displayed allowing you to enter the following live stream details:
Click on Start Stream.
A new window will now be displayed and the Live Stream will start.
The box on the left side of the page will display the Live Stream.
The Live Chat box on the right side of the page will allow the members to chat in real time.
End Stream – The End Stream button will allow to stop the live stream.Share – You can allow other members to view your stream by clicking on the Share button.You will also be able to select your preferred camera from the dropdown.
