The video tracking feature will allow you to keep track of who have watched your video and for how long.
You view the number of members that have watch your video by clicking on Content and then Playlist.
Click on the play button of the chosen playlist
The eye icon will state the number of members that have watched the video.A list will be displayed below the Title and Description that will show all the members that have watched the video and how long they have watched it for.
View Post
Once approved, you can view the community board post by clicking on the preferred post.
You can also leave a comment that will be displayed when the members/leaders view this post.
Edit Post
You can edit the post by clicking on the menu icon on the right side and click on Edit.
A popup will now be displayed and you can edit the post. Simply click on Update Post to save the post.
Delete Post
Clicking on the Delete button will open a popup that will allow you to confirm or to cancel deleting this post.
This feature will allow members to create community board posts and will need to be approved by church leaders before it will be displayed to other members.
Create new Community Board Post
Church members will be able to create a new community board post by expanding content and then click on Community Board.
Simply click on the New Post button in the top right corner.
A popup will be displayed allowing you to enter the following post details:
The post will now only be displayed for the member that created the post and the church leaders.
Approving Community Board Post
Church leaders will be able to view all community boards posts and will first need to approve the post before it will be displayed to other members.Church leaders can approve community board posts by expanding content and navigate to Community Board.All community board posts that will need to be approved will have a Pending Approval box below the post.
You can approve the post by clicking on the menu icon on the right side and click on Approve.
The post will now be displayed for all church members.
View the Prayer Requests page by clicking on Content and then navigate to Prayer Requests.
You can click on the New Prayer Request button to add a new prayer request.
A popup will now be displayed and you can enter the following information:
View Prayer Request
You can view a prayer request by clicking on the preferrer prayer. The information of the prayer request will now be displayed.
You can mark a prayer as prayed for by clicking on the menu button and click Mark as prayed for.
Add New Contributions
You can add contributions by clicking on the contributions tab.
Simply click on the New Contributions button to add a new contribution.
In the popup that appears you can enter the following information:
Enabling the Anonymous option will hide the contributor’s name and display it as anonymous.
All contributions will now be displayed on the Contributions page.
Delete Contributions
Clicking on the ellipsis dotted button next to the contribution will allow you to delete this contribution.
You can view the preferred post by expanding the Content menu and then click on News.
Simply click on the preferred post to view this post.

You can edit the preferred post by clicking on the menu icon on the right side.
A popup will now be displayed and you will be able to change the following information:
You can create new posts for the church by expanding Content and navigate to News.
Simply click on the New Post button in the top right corner, which will open up a popup allowing you to enter the post details.
You will now be able to enter the following information:
The post will now be displayed on the News page.
